BSDE – Books IDR5.1 tn in 1H25 presales Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE) recorded marketing sales of IDR5.08 tn in 1H25, representing 51% of its full-year target and a 5% increase from 1H24. Residential pre-sales contributed IDR2.19 tn (43% of total), supported by projects such as Nava Park, Hiera, Armont Residence, Eonna and Terravia in BSD City, as well as Kaia Yara and Vicente Klasika in Grand Wisata Bekasi, and Richmond in Kota Wisata Cibubur. Commercial pre-sales, including lots, apartments and shophouses, reached IDR2.27 tn (45% of total), while land sales to JV contributed IDR629 bn (12%). 2Q25 marketing sales rose 9% to IDR2.65 tn from 1Q25’s IDR2.43 tn, mainly driven by stronger land sales.
