BSDE – Achieved marketing sales of IDR2.22 tn in 1Q24 Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE) achieved marketing sales of IDR2.22 tn (+3% yoy/-19% qoq) in 1Q24 or around 23% of 2024 target of IDR9.50 tn. Residential pre-sales contributed IDR1.26 tn (57% of 1Q24 marketing sales), while commercial pre-sales, including commercial lots, apartments, and shop houses, contributed IDR965 bn (43% of 1Q24 marketing sales).
