BBTN - The growth of QRIS BTN transactions soared 325% in April 2025 Bank Tabungan Negara (BBTN) recorded that QRIS and BI-Fast transactions showed significant growth until April 2025. For QRIS, BTN recorded a transaction increase of more than 325% yoy. The number of QRIS BTN users, as mentioned by Thomas Wahyudi, SEVP Digital Business BTN, shows a continuously increasing trend with an average of more than 160,000 active users per month. The number of merchants that have joined the QRIS BTN ecosystem is recorded at more than 151,000 merchants spread across various regions. Meanwhile, BI Fast transactions conducted through various BTN services also showed positive growth, with an increase in the number of transactions by more than 20% yoy. The average active users of BI-Fast BTN per month are recorded at more than 250,000 users, reflecting the high utilization of efficient and low-cost real-time fund transfer services by the public. By the end of 2025, we are targeting QRIS transactions at BTN to grow by more than 35% yoy, in line with the expansion of the merchant ecosystem and the increasing public interest in digital transactions.
