BELI - Completes MESOP program

Global Digital Niaga (BELI) has reported a completion of management stock option plan (MESOP) phase I which saw 18,586,100 shares being converted. Meanwhile, total number of outstanding shares before MESOP was 118,474,705,740. With an exercise price of IDR432/share, BELI is expected to bag IDR8.02bn throughout MESOP, carried out between 15 December and 21 December.
