BSI has been appointed as the official bank partner for the Saudia Travel Fair 2024, which will be held on October 18-20, 2024, at the Atrium Senayan City, Jakarta. BSI Retail Banking Director Harry Gusti Utama stated that BSI's involvement in this event is inseparable from the company's position as the largest sharia bank in Indonesia and its responsibility to develop the hajj and umrah ecosystem. BSI strives to always support by providing sharia banking service solutions to the hajj and umrah ecosystem. BSI also consistently continues to encourage our hajj and umrah services so that the Islamic ecosystem in the country can become stronger, more solid, and beneficial for all," said Gusti in his statement on Thursday (October 18, 2024). As of August 2024, the number of BSI's hajj and umrah savings reached 5.3 mn or around IDR13 tn, growing 17% yoy. It is targeted that by the end of the year, the growth of hajj and umrah savings will reach 10 mn accounts. Furthermore, BSI offers various promotions for customers who transact during the Saudia Travel Fair 2024, providing cashback promotions of up to 12 mn and 0% installments with a 24-month tenor using the BSI Hasanah Card and BSI Debit Visa.
