To reach areas far from ATMs and branch offices, BSI has prepared 101,650 BSI agents who can provide cash deposits and withdrawals, electricity, water payments, credit purchases, and so on. Banking services are also increasingly easier for customers to access via BSI Mobile. Through mobile banking, customers can make cash withdrawals without a card, pay monthly fees such as PDAM, PLN, internet, school, credit/data packages, ziswaf, inter-bank transfers via BI Fast and finance and open an account.
