BSDE – Recorded 3% growth marketing sales on 1H23

Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE) successfully recorded IDR4.79 tn marketing sales in 1H23 (3% growth from IDR4.67 tn) which is equivalent to 54% of the FY23 target, IDR8.8 tn. This growth was supported by the residential segment of 63% or IDR3.02tn and the remaining 37% of the commercial segment IDR1.78 tn (with details IDR918 bn shophouses sales, IDR594 bn commercial lots presales, and IDR261bn apartment units presales). The positive catalysts of residential segment came from the Layton cluster in Nava Park, Welton cluster in Hiera, Enchante, and the Aerra cluster in Eonma, located in BSD City. Positive and solid contributions were also given from residential projects outside BSD City, such as Grand Wisata Bekasi and Cibubur Tourism City, respectively amounting to 10% and 7% of total presales.
