ERAA – Directors exercise MESOP shares worth IDR2.85 bn Erajaya Swasembada (ERAA) reported the completion of its MESOP, involving directors Budiarto Halim, Sintawati Halim, and Jong Woon Kim. The transactions were executed on 4 Nov 2025 at an exercise price of IDR437/share, totaling around IDR2.85 bn.
