ERAA – Reevaluates portfolio to refocus on core business segments Erajaya Swasembada (ERAA), through its subsidiary Era Prima Indonesia has carried out a series of divestments as a part of a strategic portfolio optimization. The moves reflect the group’s efforts to streamline operations and sharpen its focus on core segments: retail technology, distribution, and lifestyle. The transactions include the sale of shares in two non-core subsidiaries as Era Prima sold 56,381 shares in Era Caring Indonesia to Indo Ventures Indonesia Sdn. Bhd. For IDR20.28 bn, and one aditinal share to Suwini Bingei for IDR2.02 mn. It also sold 24,047 shares in Era Farma Indonesia to Nusantara Sehat Lestari for IDR5.29 bn, and one share was also transferred by CEO Budiarto Halim to Suwini Bingei for IDR529 k. According to Corporate Secretary Amelia Allen, these moves are part of a broader restructuring aimed at maximizing shareholder value and improving operational efficiency. The realignment also demonstrated ERAA’s disciplined approach to capital allocation, focusing resources on sectors that offer more substantial long-term returns, while exiting areas outside its strategic focus.
