IMPC – Controlling shareholder sold 411.5 mn shares The controlling shareholder of Impack Pratama Industri (IMPC), Harimas Tunggal Prakarsa (HTP), sold 411.5 mn shares worth IDR1.3 tn at an average selling price of IDR3,160 per share on December 24, 2025. The transaction was intended to realize investment gains and increase the free-float share count. Following the transaction, HTP holds a 35.6% stake in the company.
