INCO - Dividend IDR54.3/sh; New Acting CEO

INCO - Dividend IDR54.3/sh; New Acting CEO Vale Indonesia (INCO) will distribute a final dividend of USD34.65 mn (DPR: 60%), equivalent to IDR54,3 per share (yield: 1.84%, based on the closing price as of 16 May 2025). The cum date and payment date have yet to be announced. INCO shareholders also approved the end of Febriany Eddy’s term as President Director and appointed Bernardus Irmanto as acting President Director. (Source : Company)
