Indosat (ISAT) berencana menyiapkan dana ekspansi hingga USD2 miliar selama periode 2019-2021. Perseroan mengkaji sumber pendanaan eksternal termasuk obligasi, rights issue, serta divestasi menara telekomunikasi.
