ISAT - To expand service along HSR route Indosat Ooredoo (ISAT) is planning to improve its services in public transportation following inauguration of Bandung-Jakarta High Speed railway (HSR). Meanwhile, the company is eyeing to earmark IDR13 tn for capital expenditure throughout 2023. (Source: Bisnis Indonesia) Comment : We deem the company's planned expansion into public transportation, especially along HSR route is important, in line with higher data consumption and growing passenger target given its position as strategic infrastructure. In addition, service improvement is necessary to maintain its presence and market share amid intense competition. We retain our BUY call on ISAT with the same target price.
