KLBF – Confident US tariffs will not disrupt business and 1Q25 export up double-digits Kalbe Farma (KLBF) remains confident that the proposed 32% U.S. import tariff will not significantly affect business operations, as U.S. market exports are minimal. Instead, KLBF’s export focus lies in Southeast Asia, South Africa, and the Middle East, tailored to each market, making up 6% of 1Q25 sales. KLBF also posted a net profit of IDR1.11 tn in 1Q25, up 12.5% yoy from IDR987.57 bn, while net revenue rose 5.8% yoy to IDR8.84 tn, from IDR8.36 tn in 1Q24. The company also aims to expand its international presence by building on partnerships such as its deal with Alliance Pharma in Thailand. KLBF expects continued double-digit export growth during improving political and economic conditions. (Source : Kontan)
