KLBF – Treasury share reduction

KLBF – Treasury share reduction Kalbe Farma (KLBF) has reduced its outstanding shares by permanently withdrawing or eliminating 61.7mn treasury shares with a nominal value of IDR617.3 bn. These treasury shares originated from the company's share buyback program conducted in FY22. In parallel with this reduction, KLBF’s issued and paid-up capital decreased from IDR468.7 bn to IDR468.1 bn. Currently, KLBF holds 1.02bn treasury shares, representing 2.17% of its total outstanding shares. Following the withdrawal of 61.7mn treasury shares, KLBF’s remaining treasury shares now amount to 958mn shares. Note that, KLBF recorded revenue of IDR24.2 tn (+7.44% yoy) and net profit of IDR2.4 tn (+15.58% yoy) in 9M24. (Source : Investor Daily)
