MDKA – Another 4.47 bn shares acquired by SRTG Merdeka Gold's (MDKA) shares once again were acquired by Saratoga Investama Sedaya (SRTG) in the amount of 4,470,000 shares, completed on Friday, January 5, 2024. Prior to this transaction, SRTG held 4.53 bn shares of MDKA, constituting an 18.8% ownership stake. On December 22, 2023, SRTG acquired 38,050,900 shares of MDKA, which bumped up their total MDKA' shares to 4.53 bn shares, or an 18.8% ownership stake. Moreover, Boy Thohir also made a noteworthy purchase of 24,477,800 MDKA shares, or a 7.46% ownership stake shares on December 19, 2023. Note that, as of November 30, 2023, key shareholders of MDKA included Saratoga Investama with 4.49 bn shares (18.64%), Hongkong Brunp & Catl with 1.2 bn shares (5%), and Mitra Daya Mustika with 2.9 bn shares (12.058%).
