MDKA – Merger of 2 subsidiaries

This merger was carried out between Pani Bersama Jaya (PBJ) and Andalan Bersama Investasi (ABI) which is a subsidiary of Merdeka Copper ld (MDKA). The merger deed has been signed with a transaction value of IDR2.28 tn. This merger will take place on December 19, 2022 with a pooling of interest method based on their respective book values. The composition of shareholders after the merger is MDKA 70.05%, Garibaldi Thohir 6.94%, Unitras Kapital Indonesia 2.2%, Elias Aldana Manajemen 1%, Nugraha Eka Kencana 1.5%, Winanto Kartono 10.37%, Hardi Wijaya Lion 4.44%, Santono Kartono 1.4%, Sakti Wahyu Trengno 0.6% and Edi Permadi 1.5%.
