MDKA – No dividend this year

Based on GMS 21 June 2023, Merdeka Copper ld (MDKA) decided not to distribute dividends worth USD100,000 or IDR1.55 bn approved by shareholders 99.71%. Throughout 2022, MDKA posted USD869.87 mn operating revenues or IDR13.56 tn, 128.34% increase from the previous year USD380.95 mn. The revenue was contributed by sales of ld, silver, copper cathode, and ferronickel for export amounted to USD638.43 mn, up from the previous year's USD359.75 mn and for domestic sales USD221.09 mn, of the prior year only USD16.55 mn.
