Currently operating 32 hospitals, MIKA plans to open 1-2 new hospitals annually while adding bed capacity, primarily targeting Jabodetabek and East Java. Management is also intensifying investment in its Center of Excellence (COE) for oncology, cardiology, and orthopedics, which yield higher margins and Average Revenue Per Inpatient Day (ARPID).
