MYOR – Forms strategic collaboration with Mayora USA to penetrate U.S. market Mayora Indah (MYOR) has established a strategic collaboration with its affiliate, Mayora USA, Inc., a U.S.-based entity, in a move to expand its international market reach. This partnership marks a pilot initiative to introduce and distribute MYOR’s products in the U.S. market. The initial transaction value under this agreement amounted to USD59,343 or equivalent to IDR974 mn. Given the increasing uncertainty in the global market, MYOR sees this collaboration as essential. Partnering with a capable trading arm like Mayora USA will help strengthen its export sales performance and ensure consistent product availability abroad, particularly in key export markets.
