PBID – Declares cash dividend of IDR397.50 bn for FY25 Panca Budi Idaman (PBID) approved a cash dividend of IDR397.50 bn or IDR53/share for FY25 at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). The dividend represents 99.2% of FY25 net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR400.58 bn, with the remaining IDR3.0 bn allocated as statutory reserve. In FY25, revenue declined to IDR5.19 tn (–0.9% yoy) from IDR5.24 tn in FY24, as cost of goods sold rose to IDR4.23 tn, compressing gross profit to IDR952.10 bn.
