PGEO - Management restructuring Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PGEO) shareholders approved the appointment of Ahmad Yani as President Director, replacing Julfi Hadi, during the 20 Jan EGM. Andi Joko Nugroho, formerly VP of Operation & Engineering, was also appointed as Director of Operations, succeeding Ahmad Yani. (Source : Kontan)
