PWON – Breaks ground on Pakuwon Mall Semarang

PWON – Breaks ground on Pakuwon Mall Semarang Pakuwon Jati (PWON) has commenced groundbreaking for soil improvement works, including slope reinforcement with soldier pile installation, at the Pakuwon Mall Semarang project. The development, which is part of the Pakuwon Mall Superblock to be built in two phases, will see its first phase span 12.7ha and include a shopping mall with a NLA of 134k sqm. With construction underway, the first phase of Pakuwon Mall Semarang is expected to begin operations in 2029. (Source : Kontan)
