PWON – Eyes sales target as pre-sales reach IDR1 tn Pakuwon Jati (PWON) is making headway toward its 2023 pre-sales target of IDR1.6 tn, with IDR1 tn already achieved by September 2023. The introduction of new products, Lancaster and Clayson towers in Surabaya, played a significant role in PWON's marketing sales. While the property market slows down, PWON remains committed to delivering quality products and bolstering customer trust to achieve a IDR600 bn pre-sales target in 4Q23. Additionally, PWON is expanding its horizons, with plans to develop a superblok in Semarang with a purchased of 12.9 ha of land and enter the growing market of Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) Nusantara, Kalimantan Timur, partnering with Marriott International to build three luxury hotels in the area.
