PWON – Launches Four Points Bekasi, expands hospitality segment Pakuwon Jati (PWON) has officially opened Four Points by Sheraton within the Pakuwon Mall Bekasi superblock. The 242-room hotel, which is integrated with the mall and connected to the Bekasi Barat LRT Station, complements the existing Fairfield by Marriott Bekasi and expands PWON’s hospitality portfolio to 2,907 rooms across 10 hotels and 2 serviced apartments. Valued at IDR333 bn, the project strengthens PWON’s recurring revenue, with the hospitality segment contributing 20% of total revenue. (Source : Company)
