Summarecon Agung (SMRA) telah mengakuisisi 94,350 juta saham PT Duta Sumara Abadi dengan nilai sekitar Rp 288,953 miliar. Dengan akuisisi ini, maka Summarecon mendapatkan penambahan cadangan lahan (landbank).
