PT Eagle High Plantations Tbk (“EHP”) was established on November 6, 2000, under the name PT Bumi Perdana Prima Internasional and changed its name to PT BW Plantation Tbk in 2007. Since October 27, 2009, the company's shares have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under the stock code BWPT. In 2014, EHP acquired 100% of the shares in the Green Eagle Group and changed its name to PT Eagle High Plantations Tbk. Currently, EHP is engaged in the palm oil industry with main products of CPO and PK, with a total plantation area of 87,000 hectares located in Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Papua. EHP is committed to becoming a sustainable company with a focus on balancing economic, environmental, social, and corporate governance performance.
