PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (“WOM Finance” or the “Company”), listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under the ticker WOMF, was established in 1982 under the name PT Jakarta Tokyo Leasing, primarily engaged in motorcycle financing, particularly for Honda motorcycles. In 2000, the Company changed its name to PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha as part of its business transformation strategy. Since then, the Company has continued to expand its operations and now provides financing not only for Honda motorcycles but also for other Japanese motorcycle brands, including Yamaha, Suzuki, and Kawasaki.
