BSDE – FY22 net profit jumped 81.34% yoy

Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE) posted a net profit of IDR2.43 tn in 2022, an increase of 81.34% yoy. The increase was supported by land and building sales and rental. Land and buildings managed to contribute revenue of IDR7.29 tn or grew 39.12% yoy, while BSDE managed to pocket rental revenue of IDR925.48 bn, an increase of 29.28% yoy. Overall, BSDE managed to pocket IDR10.24 tn revenue for this year 2022 which is an increase of 33.86% yoy. On the other hand, for the year 2023, BSDE prepares IDR1tn-1.5tn for CAPEX, of which will come from the company’s internal cash. (Source : Investor Daily)
