BSDE – Paraga Artamida adds shareholding

The additional share ownership by Paraga Artamida to Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE) was carried out through the purchase of 6.3 mn shares at the end of January 2023. The total purchase value reached IDR5.67 bn. This share purchase made Paraga Artamida's portion of ownership as much as 35.89% of the total share ownership. (Source : Investor Daily)
