BSDE – Revenue increased by 12.74% yoy in 2023

BSDE – Revenue increased by 12.74% yoy in 2023 Bumi Serpong Damai' (BSDE) revenue increased by 12.74% yoy to IDR11.54 tn in 2023. The largest revenue contributor to BSDE' revenue in 2023, came from the land, building and strata title sales segment at IDR9.83 tn (85.15% of total revenue). Yet, BSDE' net profit still declined 20.04% yoy to IDR1.95 tn in 2023, mainly due to higher cost pressures as its COGS grew 50.39% yoy to IDR5.13 tn. (Source : Kontan)
