CPIN - To acquire piece of land in Sukabumi for IDR45.60 bn

Charoen Pokhpand Indonesia (CPIN) will build a chicken meat processing plant over a piece of land of 82,922 m2 in Bojongkembar Village, Cikembar, West Java. Land plot comprises 10 different land certificates, all of which are located in Bojongkembar Village. The transaction’s value clocks up to IDR45.60 bn, taking up internal cash of the company. CPIN’s total assets until December 2022 amounted to IDR39.84 tn, shifting from IDR35.44 tn recorded in the same period in 2021. Meanwhile, the total equity also increased from IDR25.14 tn to IDR26.32 tn. (Source : IDN Financials).
