EXCL – To maximize the synergy with Link Net

EXCL – To maximize the synergy with Link Net XL Axiata (EXCL) posted revenue of IDR32.4 tn (+10.9% yoy) in 2023, due to the monetization, development, digitalization and personalization of customer experience with price adjustments. The increase was also in line with the increase in data and digital services segments as well as managed services and IT as new business segments. This segment is expected to continue to grow along with the addition of Link Net' customers due to the takeover of Link Net' fixed broadband that has customers around 750,000 subscribers. After the takeover, EXCL expects to have 1 mn fixed broadband subscribers in total and to become the industry' second largest player, following IndiHome with 8.08 mn subscribers. Link Net also plans to build a new network for 2 mn home passes that can be utilized by EXCL. Note that, EXCL has allocated around IDR8 tn for 2024' capex. (Source : Kontan)
