JPFA - To buyback shares worth IDR470 bn

JPFA - To buyback shares worth IDR470 bn Japfa Comfeed Indonesia (JPFA) will seek approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on April 10, 2025, to conduct a share buyback worth IDR470 bn. The buyback is intended to improve Return on Equity (RoE) and expand JPFA’s business. As of now, JPFA holds 98,905,300 treasury shares from previous buybacks. The new buyback period will commence after all existing treasury shares have been utilized and will last until April 10, 2026. (Source : Investor Daily)
