BSDE — 1H24' marketing sales reached IDR4.84 tn Bumi Serpong Damai' (BSDE) marketing sales reached IDR4.84 tn (+1% yoy) in 1H24, or around 51% of its 2024' marketing sales target. The biggest sales contributor in 1H24 was its BSD City township with 71% of its total sales. While, its Residential and commercial sales (includes lots, apartments, and shophouses), reached IDR2.61 tn and IDR1.67 tn, respectively in 1H24. Moreover, BSDE' key projects like Nava Park, The Zora, and Hiera, along with new launches such as Cascade Studio Loft and West Village, has boosted its sales growth. Thus, BSDE still expects its marketing sales to reach IDR9.50 tn in 2024, due to the "Infinite Living" program and VAT rebates. (Source : Company)
