SMRA - Summarecon Crown Gading is sold out

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk's (SMRA) new cluster, Summarecon Crown Gading, has sold out within just 6 hours. There were 390 units sold from 244 units offered (Cluster Jasmia Residence dan Cluster Regia Residenc). First phase has been closed and new units will be open for phase 2 and 3. Total marketing sales was recorded at around IDR827 bn. Summarecon Crown Gading will be developed in 437 ha land area. (Source: Kontan) Comment: SMRA is a very well-known town ship developer. Summarecon Crown Gading likely to follow the Summarecon previous success in developing township development project in Makasar, Bandung, Bor and others area.
