CTRA - Actively launching new projects Ciputra Group (CTRA) is actively planning to launch new projects in 2H23 while also expanding clusters within several existing projects. The new projects include Citra City Sentul, Citra Garden Bintaro, and Citraland City Sampali Kota Deli Megapolitan in Medan. The company is optimistic about the future growth of the property sector, with targets expected to be achieved this year, driven by continued demand and attractive mortgage interest rates (KPR). In 1H23, CTRA reported marketing sales of IDR 5.1 tn, contributing 52% of the total target marketing sales in 2023, which is IDR9.8 trillion.
